	Between Us sidewalk piece Spring 2008 Sharpie on sidewalk Dimensions variable A series of sentences to strangers written on sidewalks. The sidewalk becomes a page to write on and the "page" becomes a space to travel through. The sentence becomes a path and the path becomes a sentence to read, an intimate and private message for an unknown passerby. The fragments and phrases of each sentence in turn could become parts of new sentences in the thoughts of others, developing their own unforeseen trajectories as people move over and through the space.
